The Americas, or America also known as Western Hemisphere and the New World, includes the totality of territories in North America and South America.Between 42,000 and 17,000 years ago humans first settled the Americas form Asia and the arrival of Na-Dene speakers followed later from Asia. Around 3500 BCE The succeeding migration of Inuit in Neoartic (North American Arctic) was accomplished on what is generally regarded as the settlement by the ancient peoples of America

Leif Ericson is a Norse discoverer who was known in the first European agreement in The Americas. However the power to take control never became permanent and was later abandoned.

The 1492 to 1502 expedition of Christopher Columbus resulted in permanent contact with European and eventually, other world powers, which led to the Columbian trades. Illness introduced from Europe and Africa devastated the ancient peoples, and the European powers populate the Americas. Mass emigration from Europe, incorporate large numbers of apprentice, and forced immigration of African slaves largely swap by the ancient peoples because of the 1776 -1791 revolution of America and Haitian.

The decolonization began. Currently, almost all of the population of the Americas occupies in independent countries; 5 however, the inheritance of the invasion by Europeans is that the Americas share many common cultural traits, most specially Christianity and the use of Indo-European languages; primarily Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and to a lesser extent, Dutch.*
